Allison Black is an actor, narrator, writer, singer and occasional hoofer tap dancer originally hailing from South Florida. Since moving to the Second City, she has performed in many productions at the Annoyance Theatre, iO Chicago  and ComedySportz, as well as Second City's ETC and Donny's Skybox Theatre, The Athenaeum and Old Town School of Folk Music. Most recently, she was a Co-Star on NBC’s Chicago Med and has narrated two audiobooks for Audible, Tethered Duet and An Artists Eye on Murder: When the Pottery Breaks. Another project of which she is extremely proud is Salem: The Musical, which she co-wrote with the cast. Salem has had a recurring run at the Annoyance Theatre as well as was seen Fringe Festivals in Cincinnati and Washington, DC.
